Introducing Brian Kapple...a professional who seamlessly transitioned from a remarkable 29-year career as an Ohio Peace Officer to the dynamic realm of real estate in 2020. Having proudly served at the City of Belpre Police Department, Washington County Sheriff’s Office, and, finally, at the Ohio University Police Department, Brian retired in 2020 as an Operations Captain, where he skillfully oversaw the Patrol Division during the last 9 years of his law enforcement journey.
Brian’s time in law enforcement isn't just a series of badges and uniforms—it's a story of acquiring invaluable life skills. From cultivating transparency and attention to detail to fostering a sense of urgency and emotional intelligence, every experience contributed to Brian's unique ability to understand individual needs and tirelessly seek solutions.
Fast forward to 2020, Brian embarked on a new adventure in the real estate profession as a REALTOR, joining forces with his daughter, Kendra Green, to establish the dynamic Green and Kapple Sales Team. Rooted in the Albany, Ohio area, they take immense pride in serving the entire Southeastern Ohio region. Beyond state borders, Brian also holds a real estate license in West Virginia and operates out of the Vienna office. To elevate the quality of service, Brian obtained the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, ensuring a seamless process for valued buyer clients.
Beyond real estate, Brian is deeply involved in the community. Currently entering the third year as a member of the Athens County Board of Directors, Brian is set to take on the role of President in 2024. As a Master Mason at Orphans Friend Lodge #275 in Wilkesville, OH., and a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star #207, he brings a unique blend of professional and fraternal commitment. Adding an educational dimension, he serves as an ad-hoc instructor at the Hocking College School of Public Safety, contributing to both the Peace Officers Basic Academy and the Southeast Regional Training Academy for certified officers. And for moments of leisure, Brian is an enthusiastic member of the Athens County Bassmasters, indulging in the passion of bass fishing.
In collaboration with Kendra's diverse educational background, Brian merges their extensive life skillsets to create a customer service atmosphere that is genuinely one-of-a-kind. Recognizing that buying or selling a home is a significant, often stressful life event, they bring forth the expertise and tools necessary to make the process as smooth as possible. Brian is not just a REALTOR; he is a dedicated professional weaving together experience, expertise, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of their clients.
