James "Butch" Joseph is a lifelong resident of the Mid-Ohio Valley. He graduated from Concord University and began his career in business management. Butch has owned and operated several successful businesses in the Mid-Ohio Valley giving him extensive experience in both Commercial Property, Residential Property, and Property Management.
It began for Butch in 2003, after years of buying and selling commercial properties, Joseph decided to pursue a career in real estate. He attended the Spruce School of Real Estate in Charleston and Hondros Business College in Columbus. He began his Career With Prudential specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Joseph is e-Pro certified, a certified negotiation expert, a residential finance specialist, and a three-time President of the Parkersburg Area Association of Realtors. He’s a former member of the Lions Club of Washington, and Knights of Columbus, and a youth football coach.
Butch and his wife Vonda, who met in 1994, have resided in the Parkersburg area since. They have a love for historical homes, riding roller coasters, traveling, watching football, playing golf, and spending time with their pets.
