James "Butch" Joseph is a lifelong resident of the Mid-Ohio Valley with extensive experience in commercial real estate, residential sales, business ownership, and property management. A graduate of Concord University, Butch began his professional career in business management before successfully owning and operating several businesses throughout the region. This experience provided him with firsthand knowledge of business operations, commercial investments, and real estate ownership.
After years of acquiring and managing commercial properties, Butch transitioned into the real estate profession in 2003. He completed his real estate education through the Spruce School of Real Estate in Charleston, West Virginia, and Hondros Business College in Columbus, Ohio. He began his real estate career specializing in commercial properties and has continued to expand his knowledge through professional education and hands-on experience.
Throughout his career, Butch has developed extensive experience in residential real estate, commercial properties, investment properties, land, development opportunities, and property management. His background as both a business owner and real estate professional gives him a practical understanding of transactions from multiple perspectives.
A dedicated member of the Mid-Ohio Valley community, Butch has volunteered as a youth football coach and has been active in several civic organizations over the years. His commitment to serving others extends beyond real estate and reflects the values he brings to every client relationship.
Butch and his wife, Vonda, have called the Parkersburg area home since 1994. Together, they enjoy historic homes, traveling, riding roller coasters, golfing, watching football, and spending time with their pets.
