Coldwell Banker Select Properties is offering the 2nd Annual Valerie Young Memorial Scholarship, to be awarded to TWO qualified candidates. For those who didn't know Valerie, she was a REALTOR®, friend, and competitor. She was dedicated not only to her clients, but to the belief of being educated. Valerie sold millions of dollars of real estate in the Mid-Ohio Valley, and was actively involved in community events and fundraisers. Unfortunately, on August 2, 2022, Valerie passed away after a long battle with cancer. Coldwell Banker Select Properties will be awarding $2,000 to the first place recipient, and $1,000 to the runner up recipient. These contributions to furthering the education of two local students will be sponsored in memory of Valerie and her dedication to the community.
